About Instraflow
InstraFlow was formed from Ceon Machinery & Control in 2025, a leading specialist in flowmetering systems, ISOBUS control and hard wired slurry spreading monitoring systems.
At Instraflow, we use our first-hand experience of farming, agricultural contracting and bio gas AD plants to design market leading control systems that are designed to help operators get the most from their equipment with effortless efficiency.
Dairy farming in Northern Ireland, with its perfect grass growing climate, coupled with stringent slurry spreading regulations which were introduced in 2007, forced Northern Ireland as a whole, into one large NVZ (Nitrate Vulnerable Zone). Farmers and Agri contractors had to comply with these regulations by accurately monitoring the slurry they spread. The 2007 Nitrates Directive regulations lead Ireland to be the leading hub globally as demand soared for slurry equipment, which created many new manufacturers in the market, all of which required plug & play flow monitoring systems to fit onto their equipment and Ceon Machinery was born out of this demand.
Ceon Machinery & Control was the first manufacturer of full ISOBUS controls systems in the UK & Ireland, and to this day, InstraFlow is the only manufacturer of this equipment in the UK & Ireland market.
Ceon flow meter units that we offer are the only dedicated flow meters that are specifically designed for working in farm slurry and biogas digestate.
For years we have used other models of flowmeters like Siemens and Krohne, these are water or waste water meters that aren’t designed for slurry and DO NOT accurately measure slurry flow to the accuracy of the meters that the Ceon flow meter does.
